My List of Fitness Goals

 

To do:

  • 5k race under 25 minutes
  • Bar Muscle up
  • Ring Muscle up
  • Compete in the crossfit open, don’t finish last.
  • 20 pull ups
  • 100 Push Ups in a single set
  • 1000 push Ups in a day
  • Full Planche Push Up
  • Bench 350lbs
  • Squat 400lbs

 

Completed:

  • crossfit total over 1000lbs (Strict Press, Dead, Back Squat) 3/10/12
  • 5k race under 30 minutes – 3/2/13
  • 10 hand stand pushups – 1/23/13
  • 10 strict pull-ups Dec 2012
  • Squat 350lbs – 8/7/12
  • 20,000 Pushups in 2012 – 7/31/12
  • Complete Tough Mudder – 5/19/12
  • Bench 315lbs, 3 plates – 4/26/12
  • Bench 300 pounds
  • Run 5k, no matter how long it takes no walking
